IN STORE PICK-UP
In-store pick up allows you to purchase online and pick up your item/s from our store. We will contact you either by phone or email to confirm when your order is ready to be picked up. Please allow us 1-2 working days to process your order.
To use in-store pick up, add the products to your shopping cart and make sure you select ‘In-store pick up when checking out.
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes details of your order.
All in-store orders can be collected from our store at 1/5 Centennial Circuit, Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia.
When collecting your order please make sure that you bring the following:
• Valid photo ID# and
• Your order number
If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.
In-store orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund.

On rare occasions items may be discovered damaged or missing after an order has been placed. If this occurs we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item.
POST-PURCHASE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
Shipping costs apply to post-purchase shipping arrangements. We will provide you with a shipping estimate 1 – 2 working days after your purchase. You then have the option to pay the shipping invoice online via our website or you can contact us directly to make alternative shipping arrangements.

Ha'veli of Byron Bay ships throughout Australia via Fast Away Couriers, Byron and Beyond Removals (Sydney), Leap Frog Removals (Byron Bay Locals) and Anderson Removals (Australia Wide) within 3-6 business days.
Large items and delivery to remote areas will incur an additional shipping fee that may need to be added post item check-out.

Ha’veli of Byron Bay does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. We will happily accept an exchange/credit note of a faulty item. Please return within 7 business days.
The Return shipping is payable by the customer and it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.
Ha’veli of Byron Bay is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded.
We will process your exchange/credit note within 10 business days of the return arriving to our warehouse, followed by a confirmation email. Ha’veli of Byron Bay reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
